Most orders are processed for shipment in 1-2 business days. Larger orders may take a few extra days. However we will reach out via email if we believe your order/shipment may be significantly delayed.

Please note: These are estimates and delivery may take longer to certain International destinations. USPS does not guarantee these delivery dates or times. Please allow extra time for delivery due to precautions that may hold up International shipments from traveling overseas and possibly cause a delay at Customs check point.

International Shipment Duties 
Each country has its own import/export duties and restrictions. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of "the buyer" Please check with your countries importation laws for specific prohibitions, customs fees, excise taxes or VAT fees. We comply with all Import/Export laws when declaring the order value for customs.

Rare DELIVERY DELAYS
If you shipment is experiencing a delay your patience & understanding is greatly appreciated. Sometimes things happen during shipment & we will do everything we can to reasonably resolve issues related to shipping delays. 

It is our goal to fully reimburse you for undelivered packages utilizing Insurance coverage (when applicable). All International shipments and larger Domestic shipments will be insured by a 3rd party company. Domestic shipments under $100.00 value are insured through the shipping carrier.

Refunds will be given for undelivered shipments once the insurance claims process is complete (when applicable). We cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages if they have shown delivered in the tracking. In this rare occurrence, reimbursement may be an option through shipment insurance. We apologize if this situation occurs & customer cooperation during these rare occurrences is much appreciated.

Possible reasons for delays or undelivered shipments:
~ Holidays
~ Natural causes or Weather (ie.: extreme weather conditions)
~ Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
~ Other unforeseen shipping delays (ie.: Strikes, International Custom's delay, ect..)

Delivery time starts when the package tracks as shipped. Some countries can take longer for shipments to arrive. If there is a delay, please allow approximately 13- 45 business days for International delivery.

Please note: Currently SOME COUNTRIES ARE NOT COVERED by shipping Insurance once the package scans accepted into the destination country. These destination countries may include but are not limited to: Russia and any other Commonwealth of Independent States countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russian Federation, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan) Insurance coverage will cease for packages once they make it into these destination countries. We will work with buyers of these countries, case by case as best we can. Patience is always appreciated. Sometimes International packages can be delayed for up to 3 months and then they are suddenly delivered.

Insurance Claims
Should an Insurance claim need to be filed for a missing or damaged shipment we are happy to assist. We will often start the process with a missing mail search (when applicable), as this can often prompt the carrier to look into the delay and the shipment may be found. Each Insurer may have different timeline requirements before the claims process can begin.
For Example: When filing a claim for lost or damaged packages shipped with USPS PRIORITY we are required to wait 15 days from mailing date before we can start the insurance claim.
We will initiate the insurance claim process as soon as we are able to. Your patience is much appreciated. 

Please note: Do not throw away any pieces of your shipment if you notice damaged or missing items. The addressee must retain the mailing container, including any damaged articles, all packaging, and any contents received (including invoice). Addressee may be required to make this proof available to the local Post Office for inspection, retention, and disposition in accordance with the claims decision. No proof of damage could result in denial of the claim. Addressee may also be required to sign or fill in information on digital affidavit.


Shipping Address Error
If you notice an error in your shipping address please chat with us ASAP to let us know before we ship out your package. Our processing times are quick & once the item is in route to the wrong address there is not much we can do on our end. If the package ends up getting returned to us (returned to sender), we are happy to ship the package again (however there will be an additional shipping charge). It may be worth trying to reroute your package with the tracking information through USPS if this situation happens.

We will reach out via email before shipping an order if something looks off with the shipping address. At our discretion we may proceed with shipment, or cancel the order if necessary. We don’t usually wait too long before shipping the order if we do not hear back. Our priority is to ship packages out as quickly as we can to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Packaging
Please specify in the order notes if you prefer each lot of beads be packaged separately according to bead amount.

For example: 3 packages x (10 grams) of the same bead [each packaged in individual 10 gram bags]

 ** In an effort to cut down on plastic bag usage, we will often package the same item together in one bag. Each individual line item will be packaged separately with labels to keep the different styles/colors organized. Everything will be bubbled wrapped well and shipped in a padded envelope or box for larger orders.
